TDuties include preparing and distributing quarterly newsletter, maintaining IPC website, maintaining IPC mailing lists, processing tax, personnel and legal paperwork; accounts payable and receivable. Qualifications include college diploma; 3-5 years experience in an administrative position; strong computer skills (Word, Excel and Access database), good organizational skills; attention to detail; foreign language a plus. U.S. citizenship or work permit required. 32 hours per week, flexible schedule. Salary mid-20s, with excellent benefits.
