Washington-based members of the International Food & Agricultural Trade Policy Council (IPC) held a briefing for members of the press and other interested parties on Monday, September 22nd at IPC headquarters in Washington, DC.  Members gave their assessment of the Cancun Ministerial Meeting and what it will mean for the future of the Doha Round agricultural negotiations.
