The International Food & Agricultural Trade Policy Council (IPC) and the German Marshall Fund of the United States hosted a luncheon discussion examining U.S. and EU biofuel policies, and the emerging role of international trade in biofuels and feedstocks on both sides of the Atlantic. Speakers included: Carol Goodloe, senior USDA economist, Andreas Kramer, director of Ecologic, Klaus Schumacher of Toepfer International, trade specialist Sergio Trindade, and Barbara Bramble of the National Wildlife Federation.
