The IPC's seminar in Moscow reviewed the economic transition process and addressed the mechanics of agricultural reform, including how to organize inputs, the role of the government, solutions in processing and distribution, and using international markets. Government officials and agricultural experts from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan attended the seminar.
