With the WTO Ministerial Conference aimed at reviewing the implication of the Uruguay Wound Agreement and making plans for future multilateral negotiations, the IPC seminar outlined ideas and approaches for a work program the Trade Ministers might consider in Singapore. The seminar was opened by Walter Paszkowski, Minister of Agriculture for the province of Alberta.
